What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), and delivery address — solely to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
What we don't do
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Payment happens directly via UPI/bank transfer — we never see or store card details.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out with browser settings or the GA opt-out add-on.
Data retention & rights
Order records are retained as required by Indian tax law (8 years). To access or delete your personal data, email [email protected].
