Calcium Nitrate is a hygroscopic chemical product. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once goods are dispatched. Please verify grade, pack size, and quantity before confirming your order.

Damaged or incorrect goods

If your shipment arrives damaged, short, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the bags and shipping label at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 94250 00484. Verified claims are resolved by replacement or full refund to your original payment method (UPI/bank transfer) within 7 business days.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before payment confirmation. After payment, cancellation is possible only until dispatch; refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations are issued within 7 business days.
