Terms of Sale
Effective date: 12 June 2026. These terms govern purchases from HRSU Indore Pvt. Ltd. ("HRSU", "we") via hrsuindore.com/store.
Ordering & payment
Orders are placed via the order form or WhatsApp. We confirm availability and total by phone/WhatsApp within 1 business day. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS); goods dispatch after payment is received. All prices are MRP inclusive of all applicable taxes per the Indian Legal Metrology Act. A GST invoice is issued with every order.
Product information
Specifications are stated per batch Certificate of Analysis. TDS and SDS are available at hrsuindore.com. Product is intended for agricultural and industrial use by competent persons; follow the SDS for handling and storage.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods. We are not liable for losses arising from improper storage, application, or use contrary to the TDS/SDS.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
