1. Shipping Rates

  Domestic (India):

  - Flat Rate: ₹20 per shipment

  - Applies to: All orders over 5 kg (both 25 kg and 50 kg sacks)

  International:

  - Flat Rate: ₹10,000 per shipment

  - Covered Countries: Australia, USA, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Canada, Malaysia, Philippines,

  New Zealand, Bahrain, Oman, Brazil, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Ireland


2. Delivery Timeline

  India (Domestic):

  - Handling & Processing: 1–2 working days from order confirmation

  - Transit Time: 2–8 working days after shipment dispatch

  - Total Delivery Window: 3–10 days from order confirmation (typically 4–10 days)

  - Service: Standard Delivery

  - Delivery Address: As provided in your order confirmation

  International:

  - Handling & Processing: 1–3 working days from order confirmation

  - Delivery Time: 21–30 days after shipment dispatch

  - Total Delivery Window: 22–33 days from order confirmation

  - Service: International B2B Export

  - Additional Delays: Subject to customs clearance, import duties, and local regulations in destination country


3. Dispatch & Tracking

  - Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 working days (India) or 1–3 working days (International) of order

  confirmation

  - You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number and courier details

  - You can track your shipment in real-time using the courier's tracking portal


4. Shipping Partners

  - We use reliable national and international courier partners

  - We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier beyond our control


5. Damaged or Defective Goods

  If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  Claim Requirements:

  - Timeline: Report within 48 hours of delivery

  - Evidence: Provide photos/videos of damaged packaging and product

  - Contact: Email hrsuindorepvtltd@gmail.com with order number, tracking number, and photos

  Our Responsibility:

  - We will replace the damaged shipment at no charge

  - Replacement shipment will be expedited (typically 3–5 business days)

6. Incorrect Shipments

  If we ship the wrong product, quantity, or SKU:

  - We will replace it at no charge

  - We will arrange courier pickup of the incorrect shipment at our expense

  - Replacement shipment will be expedited (typically 3–5 business days)

  Claim Requirements:

  - Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the incorrect shipment

  - Include order confirmation and tracking details


7. Signature & Proof of Delivery

  - Shipments require signature at delivery (as per courier policy)

  - A delivery confirmation will be sent via email with date and time


8. Lost or Missing Shipments

  If a shipment is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date

  2. Provide tracking number and proof of non-delivery

  3. We will file a claim with the courier

  4. If courier claim is denied, we will replace the shipment at our expense


9. Return Shipping Costs

  For Defective Products (Covered by Us):

  - If we authorize a return of defective goods, we will arrange courier pickup at our expense

  - Replacement shipment is sent at no charge to you

  For Non-Defective Returns (Not Covered):

  - We do not accept returns on non-defective products

  - Return shipping costs (if any) are the buyer's responsibility


10. International Shipments — Special Conditions

  Export Documentation Included:

  - Certificate of Analysis (CoA) — Product composition and purity certification

  - Certificate of Origin (CoO) — Confirms product manufactured in India

  - Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) — Safety and handling information

  Buyer Responsibility:

  - Import permits and customs clearance

  - All import duties, taxes, and tariffs

  - Customs brokerage fees

  - Any delays due to customs procedures

  No Refund for Customs Delays: If your shipment is delayed or held in customs, we are not responsible. The order remains your

  property once it leaves India.


11. Delivery Failures

  If the courier is unable to deliver (invalid address, recipient unavailable, etc.):

  - The courier will attempt redelivery per their policy

  - We will contact you to resolve the issue

  - You are responsible for providing a correct, accessible delivery address


12. Payment Methods

  We require advance payment via:

  - Net banking

  - Credit/debit card

  - Payment gateway (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)

  - Bank transfer (for bulk orders)

  Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


13. Bulk Orders & Custom Arrangements

  For bulk orders (5+ sacks), custom shipping arrangements may be available. Contact us for:

  - Direct-to-warehouse logistics

  - Freight forwarding services

  - Special packaging requirements
