TERMS AND CONDITIONS - HRSU Indore Pvt. Ltd.

1. About Us HRSU Indore Pvt. Ltd. ("HRSU," "We," "Us," "Our") manufactures and supplies industrial-grade Calcium Nitrate powder. Our website (hrsuindore.com) and marketplace listings (GlobalLinker, Google Merchant Center) facilitate B2B sales to agricultural enterprises, industrial formulators, and authorized distributors.
2. Business Model & Eligibility
These Terms govern B2B bulk sales only. By placing an order, you represent that:
- You are a registered business entity, partnership, or authorized distributor
- You are purchasing for legitimate agricultural, industrial, or commercial use
- You will comply with all applicable import/export and chemical handling regulations in your jurisdiction
- You are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization
3. Product Information & Specifications
- All product specifications (Calcium content: 18.5–19%, Nitrogen: 15.5% min, 100% water solubility) are certified per batch
testing
- Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are issued with every shipment
- Products meet Indian agricultural and industrial standards
- We reserve the right to discontinue products or update specifications with 30 days' notice
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are as quoted at the time of order confirmation
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new orders
- Payment terms: Net 30 (or as negotiated for bulk orders)
- All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (18%) and logistics costs unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear fraudulent or non-compliant with regulations
5. Minimum Order Quantities
- Minimum Order: 1 sack (25 kg or 50 kg)
- For bulk orders (5+ sacks), bulk pricing is available upon quote request

6. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic (India):
- Shipping cost: ₹20 flat (for orders >5 kg)
- Delivery: 4–10 days from order confirmation
- Shipping via courier or logistics partner of our choice
International:
- Flat rate: ₹10,000 per shipment
- Delivery: 21–30 days (subject to customs clearance)
- Buyer responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs documentation
- Export-ready: CoO (Certificate of Origin), MSDS, and technical documentation included
7. Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns — B2B Sales Final. Due to the nature of bulk chemical products:
- Products cannot be returned after dispatch
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
- We will replace defective batches at no charge (freight cost borne by buyer)
- Claims after 7 days will not be entertained
8. Quality Assurance
- Each batch undergoes independent lab testing for chemical composition and purity
- CoA (Certificate of Analysis) is provided with every shipment
- If a batch fails to meet stated specifications, we will replace it at no cost
- We do not warrant fitness for specific applications; buyers are responsible for compatibility testing
9. Liability & Disclaimer
- HRSU is not liable for losses arising from improper storage, handling, or use of products
- Buyers assume full responsibility for regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction
- Products are sold "as-is" for industrial/agricultural use only
- HRSU's liability is limited to the value of the purchased order
10. Intellectual Property
All product descriptions, images, logos, and technical content on hrsuindore.com are the property of HRSU Indore Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya
Pradesh.
